When I tell you this makeup has been a breakthrough discovery, I mean it! Demi Colour is a cream based makeup, just like the IIID foundation that Seint still carries but the difference is this line uses color theory to help you camouflage the smaller imperfections noticed and really accentuate the beauty that is already there. Using Demi means using less makeup compared to traditional foundations, “resulting in an undetectable makeup that reveals the magic of your face.” This new line of makeup helps to balance tones, add depth, and achieve a flawless finish!

How can I get started with Demi Colour?

Artists for Seint still color match customers to their Demi colours, or Edits as they are called, but they are required to become certified beforehand. They are carefully trained in color theory and must practice the application of the makeup themselves before they can color match customers to the makeup line. As you can see, this line of makeup has been carefully crafted by Cara and a lot of thought has gone into the creation of Demi Colour for customers. Lucky for you lovelies, I’m certified and ready to color match you whenever you’re ready!

The makeup is split into 3 Edits for customers: Angel Edit I (for fair to light toned individuals), Angel Edit II (for medium to medium dark toned individuals or individuals that I feel pull more green & blue tones), and Angel Edit III (for dark/deep toned individuals). Once a customer has been matched by a certified Artist to their correct Angel Edit, they can begin by purchasing the Angel Edit altogether or buying it bit by bit and beginning with the smaller Edits that correspond to the number they were matched to.

Can I use the same brushes for Demi that I use for IIID?

The new line of makeup also includes a new line of brushes specially tailored to Demi Colour to provide precise and smooth application. There are 5 new brushes to choose from for Demi application:

Each brush is double ended just like the IIID brushes and serve to aid in application of Demi Colour as you balance tones, sculpt, and brighten your face and create that natural, flawless finish!

What has Demi Colour meant to me?

It’s amazing how something so good can drop into your lap when you least expected it to do so. Especially when it comes down to makeup. Demi has been that incredible game changer. I am so excited to show and teach more of Demi Colour. This is a makeup that you were not expecting to be such a game changer but it is! The way Demi Colour uses color science to create a makeup look as if you are not wearing any makeup at all is been incredible. Demi teaches you to analyze the color(s) that you see on your face creating an issue for you and apply the smallest amount of Demi to that area using the color needed to neutralize those problem areas. Throughout knowing more about Demi and learning the ropes, you will hear the words neutralize, saturated, brightening, sculpting, and more.

You will become more familiar with the actual colors on your face and what colors you see in depth. Demi Colour will also aid you in becoming familiar with the best ways to treat any saturated color on the face that you are wanting to address. Know that because this is so new, there will be a little practice time. Feel free to reach out to me on my Instagram page, Demi and Joce and get help with your Demi. It is different but I promise you it is incredible and most definitely worth learning!

  3. Hi Jocelyn! My question is about skin care at 60, my skin is pretty good but I’ve noticed a lot more redness and wrinkles and I was wondering how this make up set on the face I’ve had a lot of problems with foundations lately. I’ve used Mac quite a lot and that seems to be the best, but I have five other one sitting in my cabinet LOL I’ve tried powders as well, not good LOL I just don’t want to look pasty but I also want things covered up it’s a lot to ask I know!

  5. Hello! You’re website and videos are so helpful!

Quick question, when wanting a light makeup application with IIID…do you prefer the Blend brush or the Shape brush?!

I’ve seen multiple artists use both and I didn’t know the difference between the too, honestly.

    Thanks so much!
