Female Owned Businesses

Female Owned Businesses part 2 Blog cover photo

In case you missed it, today is International Women’s Day and I thought what better way to celebrate than to feature another few of my favorite female owned businesses?! I’ve been so lucky to cross paths with some of the most amazing, beautiful, smart women and still am in awe by how strong, creative, and hardworking we are as females. We are capable of so much and so here are some amazing businesses built by incredible women who have embodied what it means to be a BOSS BABE!

This has got to be one of my all time favorite female owned businesses and you can probably see why. If you’re looking for country/farmhouse style pieces to put in your kitchen, living room, dining room and more, you NEED to check her out! Every product is carefully hand picked by Dana-Lynne and she even chooses some pieces created by women! Some of the products available include vintage-style furniture, kitchen utensils, aprons, and even some jewelry. I can’t get enough of this lady and her eye for detail. Not only is she gorgeous on the outside, she’s so stunning on the inside and has a heart of GOLD! With her recent move to Tennessee, Dana has had to put some things on hold but I know she’s going to absolutely flourish out there! I can’t wait to see what her business has in store for her!

2. Savannah Sevens by Ryley Wimer

Ryley Wimer has created such an amazing Western-Chic boutique and boy does it just have a special place in my heart! Savannah Sevens has always been so key and on point in every aspect of business. Ryley always makes sure to pay such close attention to every detail that goes into her business. These are truly skills of a true BOSS babe. Her branding is just so unique and on point; it fits her and I love it. She has truly been such a frontrunner in my eyes with how she’s designed her site and branding. I love that she not only offers Western-style clothing but boots, shoes, accessories, and more to add that unique flair to your outfit daily. Ryley has got it goin on so check her out below!

This last fall, I was able to do a little collaboration with Böhme, an incredible female owned business with such a unique backstory to its founding! Created by sisters Vivian & Fernanda, Böhme has become one of the most popular boutiques both online in the U.S. and across their storefronts throughout the MidWest. The boutique carries boho-chic styles of clothing, from dresses, jackets, and skirts to shoes, jewelry, and other accessories. Emigrating from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to the U.S. the two sisters were taught early on the value of hard work. They have since built one of the most successful female owned businesses in Utah. Böhme has been featured in Forbes, Cosmopolitan Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and more. Not only are they successful, Vivian & Fernanda have made it a point to give back to local women’s shelters, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, orphanages in Brazil, and so many others. These boss babes are amazing so be sure to check out their Instagram below!

4. BOX Babe by Bre

Next up is one of the most creative female owned businesses I’ve come across yet and the idea behind it just melts my heart! If you’ve ever needed a custom gift box made for a family member/friend for a special occasion but you don’t have a crafty hand, Bre is your girl! Her business, BOX Babe, is meant to bring back thoughtfulness into gift-giving. Unlike monthly subscription boxes that lack a certain flair for personal touch, Bre carefully curates each gift box while paying special attention to detail. This is something I feel so many gifts these days are missing. BOX Babe said it best, “We’ve got your back…through gifts and personal gestures that you haven’t thought of, don’t know how or where to find, lack the time to send, or are unsure how to give it that extra special touch!” If that’s you, GO check out her business linked below! BOX Babe is amazing and its idea is unique, genuine, and truly reflects the amazing character of Bre, the gorgeous babe behind it all!

If you know me, you know I’m a country girl at heart and you should also recognize this incredible business, owned by Jane Kasper. Rural Haze is a traveling boutique that began as a custom-order Etsy Shop but has now become an incredible shop providing chic, comfortable, and unique Western-style clothing and accessories. Some of my favorite pairs of jeans that I constantly show my followers are from Jane’s boutique and I just can’t get enough of her! She has the best personality in all the land and so incredibly talented from creaming butter to making cheese to just plain making you laugh – she melts my heart! Jane most definitely knows more than a thing or two about business so check her out below for some awesome pieces you never knew you needed!
