THE UNDER-EYE EDIT

MY OFFICAL UNDER-EYE STARTER KIT

Table of Contents

If there’s one area we’re all trying to figure out, it’s the under-eyes. Fine lines, puffiness, dark circles, dryness, concealer that suddenly decides to settle into every. single. line. – there’s a lot going on in one tiny area.

And trust me, I’ve tried A LOT.

Over the years, I’ve tested products, swapped techniques and figured out what actually makes a difference for me. So instead of giving you another list of things to try, I’m giving you my Tried + True Under-Eye Edit – the skincare, tools + makeup products that have earned a permanent spot in my routine.

No gatekeeping. Let’s get into the good stuff.

BYAVA FACE + SCALP MASSAGE SCULPTER

Now you may be wondering what a massager is doing in my under-eye routine.. but hear me out…

This one goes beyond the under-eyes – and that’s exactly why I love it. I use the larger end to massage my scalp + neck, then flip it over and use the rounded end on my face.

We hold SO much tension in our jaw, temples, brow, forehead and neck, and that tension can show up in the way our face looks and feels. Taking the time to massage these areas helps me release some of that built-up tension while giving my skin (and honestly, my whole body) a little love.

JOCE TIP: Don’t just focus on where you see the lines. Work into the scalp, jaw, neck and down toward the clavicle too.

OLVIEDA F09 ANTI-WRINKLE EYE CREAM

This baby is my go-to and one I consistently come back to. The Oliveda F09 Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream gives that delicate under-eye area the hydration it needs while helping it feel smoother, tighter + refreshed.

I’m picky about what I use around my eyes, and I love the ingredient lineup in this one. The scent is light, it doesn’t feel heavy, and it feels SO good around the eyes. It’s such an easy everyday step, whether I’m wearing makeup or keeping things simple.

JOCE TIP: Give your eye cream a few minutes to settle into the skin before going in with your next under-eye step – especially if you’re following it with silicone patches or makeup.

MINTIER COLLAGEN LIFT & HYDRATE FACE TAPE

You’ve heard me talk about these before because they have become a nighttime staple for me. After I’ve finished my skincare and let it sit for 5 minutes, I apply the tape along the lines around my eyes and anywhere I’m noticing fine lines.

Before applying, I actually stretch and relax my face so I’m not placing the tape over an already-created crease. I especially love these at night because if you’re a side or face sleeper like me, you know how easily those sleep lines can show up.

JOCE TIP: Apply these after your skincare and smooth out the area before placing them.

DUBOSE REUSABLE SILICON EYE PATCHES

These are one of those products I own and think, why am I not using these every single day?! Unlike a traditional eye mask, there’s no product built into them – you apply your own skincare first, let it settle for a minute, then place the silicone patches over top.

I leave them on for at least 10 minutes, but if I’m puttering around the house, I’ll leave them on even longer. They’re reusable too, so when they start losing their stick, simply rinse them with water and pat dry.

JOCE TIP: These are a daytime skincare step for me. At night, I reach for my Mintier face tape instead.

SEINT SPOT & EN POINTE BRUSH

When it comes to color correcting, the brush you use makes SUCH a difference. These two are both from SEINT and give me the precision I need to put color exactly where I want it – because my rule is to never use a brush bigger than the area I’m trying to correct.

The Spot Brush is the one I recommend most. It’s double-ended with two different sizes, so whether you’re correcting under the eyes or working on a smaller area, you have options without over-applying product.

The En Point Brush is for those tiny, precise areas where I need even more control. I also love using one end for adding pigment, like contour or bronzer, and keeping the other for my yellow + orange correcting shades.

JOCE TIP: Start small + stay precise. Color correcting isn’t about adding more makeup — it’s about putting the right color in the right place.

SEINT COLOR CORRECTORS (Y01 & 03)

If you’ve heard me talk about color theory, you know how much of a difference the right corrector can make – especially under the eyes. These two are both from SEINT, and Y01 + 03 tend to be two of the shades I reach for most.

Y01 is my go-to when I’m seeing more purple + blue tones, especially underneath the eyes or within a blemish. Instead of piling concealer on top, that yellow helps neutralize the unwanted color first.

03 comes in when the pigmentation is deeper — think melasma, hyperpigmentation, sunspots or more prominent blue colouring underneath the eyes. It gives me that stronger correction exactly where I need it.

JOCE TIP: Color correction is definitely not one-size-fits-all. If you’re dealing with pigmentation and aren’t sure which shade you need, I always recommend getting a custom color match rather than guessing.

SIGMA CREAM CORRECTOR DUO

Yes, I have two different types of color correctors in this edit – because I use them completely differently.

Sigma’s formula is softer and creamier, so I love putting a little on my fingertip and pressing it underneath my eyes to brighten and correct. Seint gives me more control for precise placement, whereas Sigma is beautiful when I want that softer, diffused correction.

That’s why you’ll find both in my makeup bag: SIGMA for brightening + SEINT when I want to pinpoint exactly where the correction goes.
